You will then receive privacy to undress to your level of comfort. Once you are ready, your massage will begin. While you will have already had the chance to consult, we encourage open lines of communication between you and your massage therapist even during the treatment. Do not be afraid to ask for adjustments or revoke a prior permission at any point during your therapy. After your massage the therapist will give you instructions on how to take care of your body after your treatment that day.

Postnatal Massage

Cupping Therapy

Cupping helps balance the negative and positive in your body. Cupping is ancient practice that utilizes cups which are placed on the skin above areas of inflammation or concern. The suction is used to draw out inflammation, lactic acid, and improve blood flow and energy to that area of your body which facilitates amazing healing.
